New cistern pump and yellow water

We just recently replaced an aging cistern pump and air tank. Immediately after they were installed we noticed yellow water from all taps. The problem seems to resolve with use, but then reappears intermittently every couple of days. The cistern is clean and the water is delivered, we've never had an issue like this before...any ideas??

I don't see a problem. It should go away soon. Most times when you disturb a water system you may see discolor and sometimes trash in the water for a time!
