Default distance between electrical wire and water heating pipe?

how far away the electrical wire should be from the water heating pipes? It is no good to have them too close to each other, i think.

    There is no separation code.

The temperature rating of the wire exceeds the temperature of a hot water pipe.

I would hardly consider that to be the ambient temp of the installation.
I'm not saying I would run cables along with heat pipes, but them getting close is not a big deal in spots.

Besides, how hot is water heat? 90 deg C is 194 deg F.

The insulation will have a temperature rating printed on it...as long as it is below that point, it should be okay.
