After Zimbabwe, Lesotho and the Congo, which I think we can understand, the US and UK Rank amonst the highest percentage in rapes per population.

Notice the civilized countries of Ukraine, Poland, Slovakia and Czech republic amongst the lowest, because every third tavern has a gaggle of working girls looking like right out of the pages of teen magazine.

Cheaper than an average oil change here, and a bit more satisfying.

I think that if a person gets convicted of Rape and really did it, They should be castrated.

I think that Nevada has the right Idea.

In Nevada at least you know that you are getting a clean girl, But they are not cheap.
