Default Help for leaking shower valve - Model?

I have a continuing battle with leaking shower valves. I need help identifing the correct seats or parts to replace. Attached are pictures of my stems. I have had some luck with replacement seat & springs made for Milwaukee/Sears but they don't seem perfect. Any advice? The seats are made by Danco and seem to fit really well but still leak. You can see in the picture there is a handle adapter on the stem, I also have never seen handles which would fit the end of the stem.

They are in focus enough to tell me that there is NOTHING similar to that stem in any of the catalogs I have access to.
