brand spanking new and the error code 99 comes up on the control box. is there a history of this. just fishing here and as time goes on hoping to resolve problem

Error code 99 is blocked flue
Did you use the correct venting kit? Most DIYers dont and fail to understand there is a specific venting required, not the standard vent pipe on the shelf of the outlet you probably bought the unit.
