2] They come to cherish their freedom to drink a few beers and modify an old Buick in the desert, and thus are very much ready to fight to preserve that unusual and unique right when threatened by invaders

3] When that early primitive shooting of old cars is converted by the Military into discipline and perserverence, you end up with warriors that few countries can create.

4] And we can melt down the millions of these beauties around the country and forge them into weapons. The holes make the iron melt more efficiently, and the lead gets extracted too.

And to continue the hopeful education of the English, here you may gaze upon [a tiny section of] the worlds largest repository and recycling plant of conventional large caliber weapons and mines on earth.

All ready to save the Europeans from the next big one. What do they have for us? Guiness and Proscuitto.

And here once was "Babbitt", a ghost town now, where thousands assembled mines and bombs, many of which ended up in the English channel and Berlin. Kiss the screen Ian, this is why you are alive.

Three comments:

First, it's an American car so those holes are as likely caused by rust as bullets.

Secondly, marksmanship. Hardly a good shot. Americans should give up their guns. They just can't shoot straight. Which is why 10,000 Americans die from gun-related deaths every year. Canadians do not die in the same numbers. And they are nicer.

Thirdly, we got burnt from using your recycled munitions last time. To add insult to injury we actually paid you for those crappy ships. Find another mug to peddle your wares.

Those crappy ships were English designed. We just showed you how to build them because our factories and mines were not suject to V-2 attacks. And not depleted by 800 years of scratching every molecule of metal out of Cornwall.

Those crappy ships delivered those mines to the channel to screw up the German U-boats quite nicely. Sometimes crap wins wars.

You do not get recycled munitions, we make them new. When past date, this plant at Hawthorne Nevada removes the explosive material and has a georgeous explosion every Wednesday in a remote canyon dedicated to the process. They close the only road connecting it to California for 4 hours that day for the fireworks. The metal surroundings get melted and re-made into whatever is in need at that moment. Maybe bad design English ships, bombs, rebar or pathetic Chinese generators.

I believe 9,800 of those gun deaths occured in DC or NYC or Gary Indiana, and had nothing to do with the cowboy country kids that shot up that old Buick at the Chemung mine.
