No, Britain's is 0.08% just like yours (except Colorado which imposes criminal penalties above 0.05). The limit for operators of fixed-wing aircraft, however, is 0.02% in England.
I don't drink and drive. That is just crazy.
Besides, in England you can take something we call "public transport" to go from any single place to another. Yes, the buses and trains are that good.
And the sidewalks do not disappear into nothing when you walk on them, like they do in the US.
Once gas is gone, America risks ceasing to exist. Europe will just switch to public transport.
That is why Europe is Great.
