Hello Terry

I recently removed a cast iron flange and tried to repair it by installing a 3" into the pipe (too small) and a 4" to big. My next attempt was to get a 4" flange to fit over the pipe (slightly too small). Now here is where the problem comes in. In an attempt to shape the pipe to fit inside the 4" flange, the pipe chipped below the rest of the pipe. Photos won't download. Note: 3" is extremely too small and 4" to big to fit in pipe. \\ Thanks

Pictures need to be 800 pixels or less

It may be best to open up a small area of floor to replace the closet elbow and riser.
Pouring concrete is easier than plumbing anyway. :)
