In trying to finish off my wife's ex's work in the house, I discovered that he installed electrical outlets too low above the baseboard heater piping.

I went to install standard size heater covers only to find that they overlapped the electrical outlet covers by over an inch.

I want to know if anyone has any ideas on how I can resolve this situation. I know that I may have to move the electrical outlet box, but would rather not if there is a better (easier/quicker) solution.

Newbie here, so please forgive me if this is a silly question.

Hey, wait a minute.

This is awkward, but...
