Kohler makes one of the shortest toilets in a round front. If you have a bathroom with a door that swings in, that may be something to consider.

I'm not a big fan of this trapway, it's too easy to clog it.

I might add though, that it's not a great performer. There is better product out there.
I don't like the tight bends at the bottom of the trapway.

This may not be this best performer on the market, but it's quiet. I would not suggest this toilet unless you are in dire need of a quiet toilet.
