I used to run 5 miles a day in the morning. No more, lol. I used to ride my bike the same. No more. My son bought a house, I gave him both of those machines. I have been lifting weights for 13 years now, because of an arm problem. It helps, it isn't great though. But, it helps some. I do yoga, and have been before it was the in thing to do. I walk alot during the course of the day, ( back & forth to the coffee machine, lol.)
