New sprinkler timer suddenly won't switch to 2nd zone manually

Hi: I'm new here and not all that knowledgable. I have a new sprinkler pump and timer (electric) Intermatic (2 zones) and all has been working well with manual use as I was planning to set up the timer schedule today as we have restrictions here in Florida and suddenly it won't switch to the 2nd zone as it was doing after turning it on and off briefly which has always worked. Any thoughts appreciated. Thanks.
