Just spent two hours with no electric why I do not know.
I hope whoever hit that pole is okay.Or it may be Puke energy,(aka Duke)

Its amazing to me that we dont lose power more often. Driving anywhere in this country you will see miles and miles of the complex electrical grid which all looks very exposed to me. I see wires going basically right through bushy tree limbs that look like a limb could fall onto them any moment.

No electric huh.Did you get to practice your end of civilization plan?Did your generator work?Did you have enough food and water to survive? While Im just kidding now it is something to think about to prepare for the next emergency.
