Slab under A/C Unit degrading and rear of slab sinking. A/C unit now sits at angle with rear of unit lower than front. How severe is this problem? Wondering if I should disconnect/move unit and pour a new slab.

Most A/C places do not pour cement, they just bring in a prefabricated 3x3 slab that is available from most supply houses.

If the condenser gets too far out of level it can effect the oil flow through the system. How much is "too much" is speculative.

If it sinks too far, it might kink or stress the coolant lines. That can be really bad. Otherwise, close to level should be okay...hard to say how much off will cause problems.
