Presure Tank diamond/flotec

I was at my canadian Home Depot today to find out that they didn't have any Diamond tank anymore
and they seem to carry Flotec now....I was looking at them and specially at the cover flange
and they seems pretty much the same.
so much that the parts numbers on both brands are the same...

Has there just been a name change????
Can someone shed some light on this??

Flotec is a local company to us here in Wisconsin and available in in most of the area hardware stores. Most professionals do not use their products as they feel they are substandard compared with the more popular brands. I am not familiar with the Diamond brand.
