I just installed a lovely faucet at my pantry bar sink. It was a display model faucet, brand unknown but it's European-sized (had to get weird-sized metric supply lines for it.) I cannot find an aerator to fit it, and it sprays wildly without one :(

The smallest size my local hardware store carries is 13/16", which is too large.

Anyone have any ideas for me???

Thank you!
Stacey

If you are lucky, that end piece will unscrew revealing threads, but I doubt you will be that lucky. IMO, it's best to just skip all european fixtures and appliances.

I tend to agree with Basement Lurker. European styling is sometimes appealing, but they do not use fittings that are available in the US. Many folks have bought plumbing items from Ikea only to find they do not adapt to US codes. You might check with a machine shop and see if they could drill and tapped the fixture to 13/16". It would probably cost as much as a new US fixture, and you'd still have to face possible repair problems later on. We run into somewhat the same problem with automotive parts for Asian made cars. However, metric nuts and bolts are at least readily available.
