New Moen CA84004 faucet problem

I installed Moen faucet today. The handles turn the same way, respective the cold turns wrong way. I'll call moen tomorrow, but if anyone knows what's the problem, I will sleep better.

Well, I think Moen should be ashamed of themselves for putting out an instruction sheet which is ONLY pictures


But from 12 and 13, it seems you have to turn the hot and cold stems CW and CCW respectively, before you put on the handles.
