toto toilet with weak flush

I have had a Toto Dartmouth toilet for about 3 years. All of a sudden it has a very weak flush and has started getting plugged. When it flushes it makes a sort of gurgling sound right at the end....kind of like there isn't enough water. Any ideas on how to repair it?

Ensure that the water level in the tank is proper. Barring a problem there, it's likely there is something caught in the trap of the toilet; could be a pen, pencil, crayon, toy, toothbrush, comb, etc. Often, a toilet auger will snag it, but sometimes, you need to remove the toilet and work from the bottom.
