Toilet Flange Levelness (picture attached)

I am remodeling my bathroom and have a question about the levelness of the existing toilet flange (picture attached). It is not level with the floor and is off by about 3/8" from back to front. In a perfect world this would be level and set flush with the finished floor. How bad of a problem is this and should I try correcting the problem which will require some serious work to fix due to access restrictions.

Note that the BOTTOM of the flange should be flush on top of finished floor. That flange is pretty far out of whack. Apparently it has been working, but at this juncture, I would not consider leaving it unfixed. You are just asking for trouble. It looks like white PVC, so removing it and installing straight are quite doable. If you need more help, especially it the PIPE is cockeyed, post more pics and let us know.,

I still haven't installed the 5/8" plywood that the flange would rest on so it looks high because of that. I am more worried about the levelness of it and whether or not it will seal to the toilet. I had planned to use a flange extender to get it up above the tile floor that will be installed on top of the plywood.

I would fix it. Better to do it now rather than after the floor is finished.

You're already down to the subfloor. It would be pretty careless not to set a new riser that is plumb like it should be.

Would you accept this from a contractor? If so, go with it. If not, fix it now while it will be relatively easy.
