Dornbracht MEM Pressure balanced valve trim with integral diverter problem

Does anyone know how to engage the diverter. Mine seems to have a problem and there seems to be a trick to it. Do you pull or push the diverter.

I have had no luck with an answer for you on my end. Have you tried calling Dorn Bracht direct. This fixture of yours I have not installed yet so I have no first hand knowledge and my "Stock Guy" who builds the displays as well has not installed this one. I hope by know you have it working and it is a simple fix.

These European fixtures require Metric Tools and Metric Allen Keys. They also install sometimes a little different from our Canadian or American rough ins. Here is Dorn Bracht's contact information. I'm sure they can help you...

I figured this out after a plumber came and told me my cartridge was bad. The hot and cold valves on the rough in must be set properly to open otherwise the diverter will not have enough pressure to open or stay closed. Once I adjusted the hot and cold valves to open the diverter which must be pulled out, worked properly. Thanks for your help.
