Our dishwasher was plugged (first time & experience dealing with this)
We pulled off the basket to see if there was gunk and there was not.
Then we pushed the snake in and it seemed to bend and the spring on the end seems to now be stuck. It has not gone in more than 5 inches. We have pulled and pulled and tried to push further but it won't move.
I then pulled out the thing that turns and sprays water and it was then that I realized that we should have put the snake down THAT (we think).
I can barely fit my hand in and I think I can feel the tip of the spring as the pipe from the basket seems to connect.
I CANNOT GET IT OUT. It is not a hand crank. Just the snake and I fed it through (I have used it before for a different drainage system and was able to insert and remove it ). The diameter of the snake is very small.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
