I really like our two new Toto toilets (Drake and Ultramax) but things keep happening.
The latest: The last link in the chain that attaches to the flapper has failed. Unfortunately, when it spread apart the sharp edges of the link cut the rubber where it connects on the flapper, so I cannot just rethead and close the link. I problably need a new flapper and directions on how to replace it. I'm looking for a source in the Seattle area.
