After weeks of researching tubs on the web and viewing web images of the bathtubs I decided to go with the Sterling Accord (Smooth) with surrounding walls in white.
I went to several stores and bath showrooms (HD,Lowes,EandB,Wienstiens) but I was disappointed by what i saw.

The High Gloss looks rather dull as compared to the Lansco, AquaGlass or Kohler tubs that were next to it.
Also, the tubs were labeled as a "white" tub but at best it was a light biscuit color compared to the other tubs.

Can somebody comment on this observation?

Is Sterling High Gloss missing the luster?

Is Sterling "white" tinted with a yellowish color?
