Default Need help to take this Price Pfister faucet apart

Any pointers will be grateful. I couldn't find any screw holes or depression to pop the top cover open to unscrew the brass handle.

The cover on the handle unscrews, after the handle is off it will become self evident.

Often, you can rotate it to the full HOT side, and then press against the brass "cap" with the palm of your hand and twist it to unscrew, otherwise you will need a large pair of pliers and carefully grab the edges. Once you get it started, it will unscrew easily.
