I need help. When my boiler runs for a while steam starts to shoot out of the valve pipe until all of the water is empty out of the boiler. I need some tips on what needs to be done.

That description is TOO vague to be of any use for a diagnosis. What "valve pipe"? Is this a steam system, or a malfunctioning hot water boiler?
