Do you have any experience with the Kohler 3797 dual flush. Just installed. Flush valve sticks. Kohler sending a new one. Liquid flush doesn’t clear the foam from urine. Doesn’t seem very powerful. Let me know if you or your customers have rated it. Thank you.

Good luck! Kohler toilets frequently do not perform well.

And the dream might turn out to be a nightmare when replacement parts are needed. Could be worse than fixing a Kohler!

The poster with the toilet "is" getting parts.
Kohler does have a large web site and tech support.

His question was more for other users of the product, and what their experience has been.
