Yeah, the big problem up there is the small cabins.
On the East Coast we have BIG cabins which can easily accomodate bears without threatening the inhabitants.
With that teeny tiny second home, the bear would have felt threatened and closed in when approached by a person.
I can't believe they call that a 'vacation home'. It's more like a shed.
