Hi guys- I could use a little help in pointing me in the right way to vent this kitchen remodel. I'm increasing the window over the sink and need to reroute the vent.

Single story ranch home/concrete slab
There is not 6" of room above the sink level to run the vent horizontal until it clears the window.
This only feeds a kitchen sink and dishwasher
There are three other vents through the roof in the house
The right drain was for the sink and the left one for a dishwasher at one time.
Located in Houston TX

Below are some pictures before and after framing

I am not sure what the top picture shows since it appears to be a window framed in front of a brick wall which does not show in either of the other two pictures. And if that is the case, it is NOT framed properly.

Sorry for the sideways pictures. Here's some more after framing. The towel covers the original window and the brick will be removed on the rest of the opening.

You can cap off the dishwasher drain and run the vent for the sink around the king stud & trimmer to the right in the cabinet, below the counter top. Then back into the stud bay and straight through the roof.
