Well lets see.... we were talking about a water flow problem with a water softener and you said;
Check your service manual but it sounds like the valve is stuck.

Now a softener has a service manual and I don''t know of anything else in the conversation that has one but correct me by telling us what service manual, and "valve" you were referring to if not the softener manual and the softener's control valve, which is actually mostly a control valve service manual.
