Mystery leak in basement - please help

If you look at the pic there is a joint about half inch from the floor, this is where the water is leaking. Its leaking at about a drop a minute. However the water to the house has been shut off for hours. The toilet tank connected to this drain is not loosing water. I also removed the cap to check for clogs but no problems, then I connected a garden hose and flushed for several minutes, also put the garden hose many feet down the drain, no clog detected.
Where could this water be coming from?

I think we discussed this yesterday in another thread...

A plumber on site will surely figure out what you need quick enough...
