I work for a Catholic parish in Seattle and we have an opportunity to get some free Toto 703 or 704 toilets. The other option is $80 off of a list of other toilets. However, we have very little money and even with $80 off most toilets are quite expensive. So the "free" part sounds good but not if the toilets are going to cause problems later on or simply need replacing in a couple of years.

Are the Toto 703 and 704 toilets worth getting. Do they last? do they have problems?

Thanks

The 703 and 704 series work fairly well, except.........and here's why I don't sell many of them.

1) The bowl is shallow, which means it does not submerge solids.
2) When the water splashes down from the from the front, it will splash upwards and get the seat wet.

They work, I just don't like explaining over and over again that there is no adjustment that gets rid of the splash.

When I'm selling toilets for muti-family, I have been selling something like the Toto Drake,
