I was visiting the local Home Depot store in my state, and was wonder what they used over the
concert floor. to seal it. Does anyone on this forum know? THANKS!

I don't know if the SEALER is anything magic. But the concrete was diamond polished before it was sealed. That is what makes it smooth and shiny. Any hardware store, included orange and blue, will have some kind of sealer. The magic is the honinig process.
