A couple of times a week our water just shuts off---taking a shower or just washing hands. The Well Breaker does not trip however if I throw it off and then back on the water immediately starts again. The pressure tank & pressure switch (9013FSG2) are about 8 years old but not sure about the well pump. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

The first thing I would do is test the pressure switch to ensure the contacts are good and that the switch is indeed closed when the water is not working. If you have a multimeter and know how to use it, this would be a good place to start.

If the pump came back on by itself after a few minutes, I would say it is the automatic overload in the motor tripping. Since turning the power off and back on gets it working again, I think the well might be pumping dry and the pump looses prime.
