The single handle kitchen faucet secured to a granite top has loosened and wobbles front to back when turning water on and off. Looking under counter nothing is obvious to tighten and resecure the faucet to the granite. What am I missing. Thank you

You need to use a flashlight under there, there has to be a large nut or a small nut and large washer

What brand of faucet? At least give us a model or picture. That's like saying which side of my car takes gas?
Many of the Grohe faucets tighten from the top,
The spout pulls up and you can put a wrench of the flat spots of the brass.

In some cases that problem can be caused by the faucet coming loose from the trim plate. In that case, the fasteners are tight, but the faucet body is not and you have to take the faucet off the sink and tighten or replace the missing screws.
