I am trying to replace a stuck Moen 94543 diverter. From what I can tell, it does not have a retaining clip like other Moen cartridges, but I can't figure out how exactly it is being retained. I have removed the brass nut, but the diverter still won't budge. I've found some passing references to turning the diverter, but can't see exactly how to turn it.

This is the diverter/faucet, the second drawing: http://www.moen.com/shared/pdf/2995pt.pdf

And this is what I am looking at right now: http://i.imgur.com/frwMY.jpg

The reason I'm trying to get it out is the valve is stuck. Don't want to turn too hard since the stem is plastic. I'm soaking it in CLR right now. Any ideas?
