Problem is, there are either quality or performance issues with all of those, or when parts are needed, you'll be out of luck. Often, you can get a better toilet for less or the same at a plumbing supply store. Check out Terry's toilet reviews on the main page. Most of the toilets today are coming in 'comfort' height, which is nearly ADA complient (but not quite as high). A normal kitchen chair is 18-19" at the seat, most of the toilets are around 16". I'm tall, so I prefer a taller toilet. Most people don't have problems with most. I'd opt for a Toto, I put two daltons in my mother's house - one 'normal' and one ADA...she prefers the higher one.
