My Symmons washing machine valve won't shut off. Is there something I can repair or does it need to be replaced. It's less than 10 years old. Thanks

You will need to replace the valve.
Replacement depends largely on your water conditions and how badly water effects your pipes.
It can be as simple as undoing the 2 screws that hold it in place and putting on the new o-rings and valve or, having the screws break off and needing to sweat on new elbows inside the wall.
