Default Toilet, concrete floor, sideways offset flange?

I want to add some insulation to the concrete wall of my basement bath, and the toilet is close to the wall.

    old cast iron lead/oakum

is there a flange to allow me to move it 1 or 2 inches sideways?

    thanks

(US) code requires a minimum of 15" on either side of the toilet centerline. If you still have at least that after adding insulation, I wouldn't worry about it. The alternative is to break up the concrete and move it where you want. This can be expensive or labor intensive if you do it yourself. If this puts the toilet closer to a 10" rough-in verses a 12", it would be less expensive to replace the toilet with a 10" rough-in model.

The Caroma 270 bowl will swivel that amount.
So for the price of a new bowl and tank, you could get your offset.

If you plan on moving the drian in the concrete, then you will be breaking it out anyway.
Just break out enough to move the arm and flange over.
