This is a real basic question. What is the best method to use to set the pressure in a pressure tank? I've tried adjusting pressure with a couple different styles of "tire" pumps, without much luck. I'm hesitant to use an air compressor(mostly because I don't own one) and would just like to know hoe to adjust it.
Watching my pressure gauge the pump turns on at 30 PSI and off at 58 PSI. I need to make some adjustments I think , as well as add a CSV to the system and that is why I ask. Thanks.
