They are saying that besides the 10.5 unemployment rate, there is nearly another 7 to 10 percent that have just quit looking so the rate may be closer to 17 - 20 % That's tough times indeed regardless of what the Dow Jones is doing. Times are pretty tough out here as well. Rock ON!
