What about the shell?
Or do you hard boil it 1st, peel it then deep dry ?

No deep frying necessarily required.

Boil an egg.

Shell it.

Cover it with sausage meat.

Top with bread crumbs and then bake or fry or do whatever.

Dave is evidently better at DIY than in the kitchen.

The plumbing equivalent would be leaving the wrapper on the valve before soldering it.

I learned long ago never assume....

When I was stationed at Keesler AFB in Biloxi, MS the dining halls often serve the local fare...

Seeing as we were in the home town of Bubba Gump breaded shrimp was served...

However, no where in the specs for the breaded shrimp did it say the shrimp was to be shelled before being coated with bread...

In fact knowing the Air Force they would have rejected the breaded shrimp if it had been shelled for not meeting the specs....
