After removing an old toilet, when I pulled up the old flange, it caught on the lip of the drain pipe and cracked the drain pipe along about 2" of the circumference (where it flares out). Is there anything I can use to seal this or am I pretty much screwed?

Sealing would likely not work. It is repairable, but this may not be a DIY job you will want to tackle. I suggest you hire a plumber to repair the pipe and install a new flange. You'll be time and money ahead.
