Well, I am back on line. According to my drywall set square we had 18" thanks to the Americans and their big cars.
I lost my internet connection and the roof made a creak or two.
And I did a whole lot of shoveling.
But my American Standard Cadet 3 toilet made it though the whole event without a hitch.
That is quality.
I wonder if Dave made it?

there is nothing better than the
manly smell of WD 40 in the air
while banging away on brass with a chisel and hammer...
it smells like......victory......
do not hit your thumb...

I do like Dave. He has some good ideas about how this Nation should be run.
What makes me laugh about Americans is that they pride themselves in being self-reliant (and plough their own driveways) yet still pay tax for someone to do it for them (the Feds) and then argue that it's a bad idea if the Government does do it!
Your Government has it so easy.
Nobody wants them to do anything and they still take your tax dollars!
