backup wood boiler wont shut off

My wood boiler is a backup to my gas boiler the gas boiler is working fine but when the wood boiler is up the temp the pump will not shut off was working fine just all the sudden quite shutting off any help is appreciated thanks

Sounds like your over heating the wood boiler. The circulator keeps running to stop the boiler from over heating. The boiler temperature should not be any hotter then 180. Most wood boilers are wired so the circulator will run when the temperature exceeds 180 if the thermostat is calling or not.
