keep haveing to hand start oil furnance

will not start my itself.keep having to go to the basement and open this black box next to switch and spin small wheel fan to get the motor to start spinning.once that happends i close the black box the flame comes on and i have heat till the next time.if it's the motor how hard is it to replace?

changed motor on oil side and now everything is ok
