    Hingham (very well to do Town) a Doctor (living in a $600k min cost house) brought his mother over
    Signed her up for assistance
    She brought the "special card" in to get her medications
    Someone not too nicely told her she was basically on State Aid (not sure exactly)
    It was the last time she brought the special card in
