First post from a frustrated newbie. I have an American Standard jetted tub, about 10 yrs old (but we've owned the place for only 2 yrs). The trip lever which controls the drain occasionally gets stuck -- generally in the drain-open position. If I remove the faceplate and pull the assembly up and jiggle it a bit, the lever starts working again. Last year, I applied a new coating of grease to the brass barrel, but that does not appear to have solved the problem. Any ideas as to how to fix this problem??
