Just yesterday I recieved the Toto II toilet that we recently ordered. Opened up all the boxes to make sure nothing was broken and found that they shipped me the incorrect tank. I have a Drake II bowl, but a Whitney tank. We like the looks of the whitney and it looks like everything would still work (same flush rates, hole line up etc...). Anybody see any problems with using this tank?

It sounds possible.

I'm guessing it's mainly looks.

A Whitney tank?
I've only sold two Whitney tanks in the last ten years.
That's a pretty big mistake for your supplier to make.
The numbers aren't even close.

I knew I should have bought it locally. It does look pretty nice together. Double cyclone of the drake II with the looks of the whitney. Maybe I'll call Toto direct and see what they say.
