I have one and it has not gone away.
I am going to phone a hand specialist.
Anyone ever had one?

That's why I was asking.
I only got it since I started plumbing and electrical work.
Hit it with a hammer...real hard...then report back...
My husband had one on his wrist Ian, he had it taken off. We always thought he got it from resting his hand a certain way on the desk while he was drawing.
I have/had one - comes back whenever I do a lot of plastering.
Master Plumber Mark:
there is nothing better than the
manly smell of WD 40 in the air
while banging away on brass with a chisel and hammer...
it smells like......victory......
do not hit your thumb...

I am an old pro at them as I have had one of these...

most of my life and have had to deal with it....
I was told I could have it removed but I was also told it it was common for them to come back so I never opted for going under the knife...
I had it lanced once when I was 22 and since then, have taken care of it when it "reared" its ugly head, my self...
