I have an EFM electric boiler which stays on all the time even if I disconnect the thermostat. Does any know what could be causing this problem ?

Thank you, Leaneul

If it is used to produce your hot water for showers, etc., then it's doing its job. if it is only for space heating, but is speced for it, same thing. Some will maintain the boiler water temp contanstly so it can produce instant heat for the house. it could be working as designed...not necessarily as efficient as it could be, but as designed.
